 What to expect

The class will last 1 hour 30 mins. You will be out by 9pm.

Warm up

We start with a brief 10 minute warm up so as to avoid injury. Fortunatley Wing Chun does not require you to perform spinning round-house kicks or other flamboyant moves so the warm up will reflect this.

The class

After the warm up we have a very quick break to take another drink or towel yourself off. The hall will be split into two halves; one for beginners and the other for graded members.

After a brief introduction you will be taken through the basics of the Wing Chun system and shown a good deal of what to expect. The class will consist of both standard line drills and one-on-one partner drills.
